I think it is very bad habit I because of my facial expression.
when I look my face or my photograph taken,
I always make a strong expression like something was anxious.
also my lips always chap. I wanna get pretty lips!

Eat too much meats but eat less vegetable is my bad habit. I like meat especially beef. I like steak, yakiniku, shabushabu, sukiyaki, roas beef, beef curry, etc. Doctor often says: Eat too many meats will make people sick and eat meat is more easily become fat. I eat too much so become very fat. Maybe when you see me, you will say: Oh~no, you look slim, But no, my fat is hidden by clothes. Now I try to eat more vegetable to keep health and keep a balance a diet.

I love sleeping and that’s bad habit for me. I often over sleep. I can sleep more 12hours. I go to bet early and I get up slowly. Also sometimes I take a nap. But it spend wasteful time. Time is money. I should be important my times and I should play or more stady. But I love sleepeng.

I have bad habit that sometimes I become a insomnia and I see the internet late at night. When I will have to get early tomorrow morning, but I stay up so late. And I see the internet to use Iphone. I know that it promotes insomnia. See the internet and see the LCD screen give a bad influence for human body. Every day, I make an effort to sleep early . But in these days, young people can’t sleep early. Because, japanese young people have a long part time job, hang out with friends at midnight, to do homework and so on. I want to conquer a bad habit ,but it is too difficult.

I have a bad habit about food. My dinner is so late in japan. Usually I eat dinner at 9:00pm. Therefore, I get hungry around 6:00pm. Most of the day, I eat a lot of snacks at 6:00 to 7:00pm. I eat a pack of fried snack food. I think it’s not healthy if I eat too much. I want to stop this habit. But I cannot stop it. I like potato chips very much. These days, I’m not eating some snacks in Hawaii because I don’t have a lot of money. So I’m happy to stop it. But I may eat a lot of snacks when I will get to Japan.

These food are good for my health.But even if the food is good for my health,eating too much the same food may exert a bad influence.
I try to eat various food and have a balanced meal.

I have a impatient habit. I don’t like waiting. When I was in Japan, I thought waiting is just a waste of time. It made me impatient. However, my mind was changed by Hawaii. The bus schedule is too terrible, and almost all things aren’t on time. If I plan to meet with my friend at 11, actually I will be able to meet 11:30. It is because I get used to wait.
